CCHOA's Annual Meeting of the Members will be held:

Date: May, 20th 2025

Time: 7:00pm

Location: Willowdale Elementary Gym

 

Annual CCHOA dues letters have been sent. We had a delay in getting the dues statements processed. This is just for annual dues for 2024 (dues are paid in arrears). Any past due amounts will be mailed seperately to those with past due balances.

 

 

2025 Garage Sales are scheduled for June 5-7 9am-3pm.

Upcoming Events:

2025 Fourth of July Parade - Please let us know if you would like to help plan and/or be in the parade.

 

2026 Easter Egg Hunt - Please let us know if you would like to plan next years egg hunt.

 

We are looking for ideas for community events and with them neighbors who will plan and manage them.  If you have any ideas or interest please reach out to the board.
